Agathoid Explorer Scouts (Partnered with 8th Gillingham)

Explorers are the fifth section of the Scouting movement. Right from the time of Baden-Powell, there have been arrangements for young people who wanted to continue after their time in the Scout Section, and in 1967, Venture Scouts were formed from the existing Senior Scout and Rover Scout Sections.

The Agathoid Explorer Scout Unit is run by Ash, and meet on a Thursday evening between 7:30pm and 9:30pm at the 8th Gillingham HQ.  Agathoid is partnered with the 8th Gillingham Group but most members come from other groups in the District.
